Captain Steve and his wife Gina (known as "Mrs. Captain Steve") are the true examples of the words "owner operated." Captain Steve, started his business in 1986, and still insists on personal service and satisfaction for every guest. As he explains it, "I want to make sure everyone who comes with us, absolutely loves the experience."
Gina has the same attitude. Thanks to cellular technology, whether she's picking up the kids from school, working in the office, or greeting guests at the dock, she always answers the phone. A note with regard to the Captains and Crew… It is widely known and respected that Captain Steve along with his wife Gina (a.k.a. Mrs. Captain Steve) have been the only operators of the family business for the past 20 years, with the advent of their second boat they obviously cannot be two places at once, so, they have embarked upon the journey of selecting people who truly care about the craft of tourism and wish to make a positive impact on the experience of the guests that choose to join Captain Steve’s. Thus wherever possible the “extra mile” is sought after when considering a representative of their established family name… An additional Captain acting as crew, advanced certifications in water safety or medical training or extensive research and experience in the marine world to mention a few examples. We recognize you have a choice in which activity to participate, we just ask you to choose wisely.
